House of Silk is a companionship and social-introduction agency. The terms below set out exactly what we offer, and what we do not. By entering this site or making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them.

1. Age Requirement (18+)

You must be at least 18 years of age to access this website. By entering and using this site, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally permitted to view adult content in your jurisdiction.

2. What House of Silk Is

House of Silk introduces adult clients to independent companions for lawful social engagements — such as dinner dates, social events, travel companionship and private company. We provide an introduction and companionship service only.

3. What Your Booking Pays For

All fees, deposits and gratuities are solely for a companion's time, companionship and social company. They are not, and may never be construed as, payment or consideration for any sexual service or activity, and no fee is conditional on anything of that nature.

4. No Solicitation

Nothing on this website — including any profile, photograph, description, tag or message — is an offer, advertisement, inducement or solicitation of sexual services. All descriptions refer to personality, companionship and social availability only.

5. Private Time Between Adults

Our companions are independent adults who make their own decisions. Anything that may or may not happen between two consenting adults during their private time together is a personal matter between those adults alone. It is not arranged, encouraged, charged for or facilitated by House of Silk, and falls outside the scope of any booking.

6. Content Ownership & Protection

All images, videos and media on this website are the exclusive property of House of Silk and its creators. You may not copy, download, redistribute, sell or share any content from this site, or purchased through our services, without express written consent. Violations may result in legal action.

7. Exclusive Content

Any digital content offered through House of Silk is created by consenting adults aged 18 or over and is sold as digital media only.

8. Privacy, Discretion & POPIA

We are committed to absolute discretion. In line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), we collect only the minimum personal information needed to provide our services, store it securely, and never share or sell it to third parties. You may request deletion of your information at any time, and we expect the same discretion from clients regarding our companions.

9. Limitation of Liability

House of Silk acts solely as a platform connecting clients with independent companions. We are not liable for any interactions, agreements or outcomes that occur between clients and companions outside of our direct services. All arrangements are made at the sole discretion and responsibility of the parties involved.

10. Acceptable Conduct

We have zero tolerance for disrespectful, aggressive or abusive behaviour towards our companions or staff. A companion may end any engagement, without refund, if she is treated disrespectfully or feels unsafe. House of Silk reserves the right to refuse service to, or permanently ban, anyone who violates this policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

House of Silk may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are provided for clarity and are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. They do not constitute legal advice.
